J.K. Rowling Writes Book Under Secret Name

Shades of Stephen King and Richard Bachman! There hasn't been someone as well known as Stephen King who penned books under the name Richard Bachman until now! J.K. Rowling, who wrote the Harry Potter series, was recently revealed as the author of "The Cuckoo's Calling", which was credited to a new author, Robert Galbraith.

"The Cuckoo's Calling" had received critical acclaim, but was ranked 5076th on the Amazon's best seller list. That was until it was revealed that Robert Galbraith was in fact J.K. Rowling, and within hours of the revelation, was sitting at number 1 on Amazon's best seller list, and is the Number 1 Book on the Amazon Kindle List as of July 15th at 10:25 AM!
