THE ICE STORM WARNING IS NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 PM EST THIS
EVENING.

* LOCATIONS...CENTRAL AND SOUTHERN PENOBSCOT...HANCOCK...AND 
  WASHINGTON COUNTIES...MOSTLY ALONG AND SOUTH OF A BANGOR TO 
  PRINCETON LINE AND INLAND FROM THE IMMEDIATE COAST.

* ACCUMULATIONS...ADDITIONAL ICE ACCRETION OF UP TO ONE TENTH OF
  AN INCH THROUGH 10 PM. THIS ON TOP OF UN-MELTED ICE ACCRETION
  FROM SUNDAYS ICE EVENT WILL RESULT IN A HALF TO A FULL INCH OF
  TOTAL ICE ACCUMULATION.

* TIMING...THROUGH 10 PM.

* TEMPERATURES...MID 20S TO LOWER 30S. TEMPERATURES ABOVE 
  FREEZING ALONG THE IMMEDIATE COAST AND OVER THE OUTER ISLANDS.

* WINDS...NORTHEAST TO NORTH 5 TO 15 MPH.

* PRECIPITATION TYPE...FREEZING RAIN AND SLEET.

* IMPACTS...HIGH IMPACT. EXPECT VERY HAZARDOUS CONDITIONS. SLEET 
  AND A LAYER OF ICE WILL PRODUCE DANGEROUS CONDITIONS. ICE MAY 
  DOWN TREES AND CAUSE BRANCHES TO SNAP WITH NUMEROUS POWER 
  OUTAGES.
