The National Weather Service in Caribou has cancelled the ice storm warning and replaced it with a freezing rain advisory for our area. Roads continue to be very slippery and as of 4:13 PM there were over 8000 customers without power in the Bangor Hydro Electric Company's service territory.   WASHINGTON COUNTIES.

* ACCUMULATIONS...TOTAL ADDITIONAL ICE ACCRETION OF ONE QUARTER OF
  AN INCH.

* TIMING...FREEZING RAIN WILL BE LIGHT AND INTERMITTENT TONIGHT. A
  STEADIER PERIOD OF FREEZING RAIN IS EXPECTED DURING THE DAY
  MONDAY.

* WINDS...NORTHEAST 10 TO 15 MPH.

* IMPACTS...MODERATE IMPACT.
