THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN CARIBOU HAS ISSUED AN ICE STORM
WARNING...WHICH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL 6 PM EST THIS EVENING. THE
FREEZING RAIN ADVISORY IS NO LONGER IN EFFECT.

* LOCATIONS...CENTRAL AND SOUTHERN PENOBSCOT...HANCOCK...AND
  WASHINGTON COUNTIES...MOSTLY ALONG AND SOUTH OF A BANGOR TO
  PRINCETON LINE AND INLAND FROM THE IMMEDIATE COAST.

* ACCUMULATIONS...TOTAL ADDITIONAL ICE ACCRETION OF ONE TENTH TO
  ONE QUARTER OF AN INCH. THIS ON TOP OF UN-MELTED ICE ACCRETION
  FROM SUNDAYS ICE EVENT WILL LIKELY RESULT IN OVER A HALF INCH OF
  TOTAL ICE ACCUMULATION IN PORTIONS OF THE WARNING AREA.

* TIMING...UNTIL EVENING.

* TEMPERATURES...MID 20S TO LOWER 30S. TEMPERATURES ABOVE
  FREEZING ALONG THE IMMEDIATE COAST AND OVER THE OUTER ISLANDS.

* WINDS...NORTHEAST 5 TO 15 MPH.

* PRECIPITATION TYPE...FREEZING RAIN AND SLEET.

* IMPACTS...MODERATE TO HIGH IMPACT. EXPECT VERY HAZARDOUS
  CONDITIONS. SLEET AND A LAYER OF ICE WILL PRODUCE DANGEROUS
  CONDITIONS. ICE MAY DOWN TREES AND CAUSE BRANCHES TO SNAP WITH
  NUMEROUS POWER OUTAGES POSSIBLE.

VEHICLE IN CASE OF AN EMERGENCY. ICE ACCUMULATIONS AND WINDS WILL
