Huntley and Monks Win Snap 29 Game Losing Streak to UNE

The St. Joseph's College Women's Volleyball Team snapped a 29 game losing streak to the University of New England, defeating the Nor'easters in straight sets 28-26, 25-9, 25-17 on Thursday, October 15th. The last time that the Monks defeated UNE was September 14th, 1998.

Former Ellsworth Eagle Victoria Huntley had 5 kills and 7 digs.

St. Joseph's College is now 20-3 on the year, and 5-1 in conference play.  The Monks travel to Providence on Saturday, October 17th to play Emmanuel College (6-12, 4-0 GNAC) and Johnson & Wales University (14-5, 5-0 GNAC)
