Finally a bit of good news for the Boston Red Sox, as super utility man Brock Holt was activated from his injury rehab assignment and will start in left field on Friday, July 1st when the Boston Red Sox take on the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim. You can hear tonight's game starting at 6:25 with the first pitch at 7:10. Knuckleballer Steven Wright with a 8-5 record and 2.18 takes the mound for the Red Sox.

Brock Holt was placed on the 7 day concussion disabled list on May 20th (retroactive to May 19th) and transferred to the 15 day disabled list on June 2.  To make room for Holt, the Red Sox optioned Mike Miller to Pawtucket.

The 3 game series concludes Sunday afternoon with the pregame starting at 12:50 and first pitch at 1:35. The Red Sox have not announced a starter for Sunday's game.
