Happy Holidays From Downeast Maine

I loved living on the water and thought that I was extremely lucky, as growing up in Bermuda, I took the ocean for granted. It's hard to believe that the first 13 years I lived in Bangor, I don't think I went down to Bar Harbor more than once or twice. Now it seems, I live down there, especially in the winter time, with all the basketball games.
As I drove down to the Island this afternoon, I saw the lobster crate tree at the Trenton Bridge Lobster Pound and it brought a huge smile to my face. It was covered with snow, and the wreaths were beautiful. I thought I would take a picture of it, but I had passed it before I thought about it. I said to myself that I would stop on the way home, and get a picture, and boy was I happy I did. Now it was lit up, and really, is there anything else that says Holidays and Downeast Maine more than this?
