This is so funny! A Halifax Constable "ticketed" a 3 year old who left his toy motorcycle in a no parking area. Imagine what this constable could do in Bar Harbor with all the illegally parked cars!
Remember, you cannot park your motorcycle in the circle by the ferry terminal, we caught this ruthless biker there yesterday.
