Governor LePage and the Appropriation’s Committee (Video)

I just saw 10 second sound/film bites on the news last night when Governor LePage attempted to address the Appropriation's Committee on Sunday, May 19th. In looking at the Bangor Daily News comments by readers, one person pointed out that there was a 3 minute video posted on YouTube.
