Give It One More Day

I'm sitting here on a Sunday morning in tears, after watching this brave video from Katy Coffin in Bangor, who contemplated committing suicide. Luckily for her, her family, and I believe the world, her mom found her note, and got her the help she needed.

Everyone is worthy to smile. Everyone is worthy to see another sunrise. It's ok if you're struggling, but you are worth it! Check in with one another. See how everyone is doing. Winter can be depressing, but the feeling of depression can happen at any time. You need to make the decision to stay here one more day. Katy in her video says she'll do her best to match that. Nothing will get solved in the silence.
