I spoke to Shelby O'Neil this afternoon, and she told me that she and her vessel are heading out to resupply one of the big rigs in the Gulf Coast with groceries and supplies they need to continue production. As you may have heard Tropical Storm Cindy is in the Gulf of Mexico and Tropical Storm Warnings have been issued for parts of Texas and Louisiana,

Shelby said they were expecting 15-20 foot seas, and told me the highest seas she's experienced prior to this are 10 footers!

Winds while her vessel was tied up were around 70 miles per hour and thrusters were running around 50 percent. She reports that the storm seems to have passed, and there are patches of blue sky, but the wind is still blowing.

She promises us pictures and hopefully a video!
