Friday Night Football August 26th

Are you ready for some football? The MDI Trojans and Ellsworth Eagles certainly are after 2 weeks of 2-a-days and training camp! The Eagles will travel to Bar Harbor on Friday, August 26th for an exhibition game that will be broadcast on WDEA Internet Radio with the pregame starting at 6:40 PM.

The exhibition game will not be able to be broadcast on WDEA AM 1370 this Friday night because of our contractual obligation to air the Boston Red Sox as they take on the Kansas City Royals with the pregame starting at 6:25 PM.

Ellsworth opens the regular season on Friday, September 2nd at home against Mattanawcook Academy at 7 PM, and MDI opens the regular season at home against Foxcroft Academy at 7 PM. The MDI-Foxcroft Academy game on September 2nd will be broadcast on AM 1370 WDEA and WDEA Internet Radio as the Red Sox will be on the West Coast.
