The Husson University Eagles lost a doubleheader to Coe College on Monday March 7th, in Husson's first games of the 2015-16 season. The Eagles fell 10-1 and 5-4. In the second game of the doubleheader, former Trojan Ben Walls started for Husson and was relieved by former Trojan Steven Hanscom.

Walls had a tough first inning allowing 4 runs on 6 hits but then settled down, pitching 5 sharp innings. The rest of the game he only allowed 1 run (earned), Walls ended up allowing 12 hits, while striking out 5 and walking none. Steven Hanscom pitched a scoreless 6th inning, allowing 1 hit and 1 walk.

Husson 0-2 will play Mount St. Joseph on Tuesday, March 9th at 12:30.
