Former MDI Trojan Simon Hulbert Backstops USM to 1-1 Tie with Husson

Former MDI Trojan Simon Hulbert had a great game in goal on Friday night at Husson University, as the USM Huskies tied Husson 1-1 after double overtime in the 5th Annual Addidas Challenge Cup.

Hulbert had 12 saves in the game against Husson. For the season he is 0-2-1 with a goals against average of 3.10 with 26 saves in 3 games.

USM is 0-2-1 and plays Castleton Saturday at Husson at 2 PM.

Last year in his freshman year, Hulbert ended the season with a 2.70 goals against average with 121 saves and 2 shutouts, after appearing in 16 games
