Former Ellsworth Eagle Greg Martin NAC Golfer of the Week

Former Ellsworth Eagle, Greg Martin, now a senior at Husson University is off to an incredible start in the 2015 Golf Season!

Martin finished 1st at the John Queenan Memorial Tournament at the Point Sebago Resort on September 8th in Casco, carding a 71 winning the tournament by 2 strokes. Husson finished 4th.

At the Bowdoin Invitational this past weekend, Martin again came in 1st, carding a 145 in the two day event, winning by 2 strokes. The tourney took place at the Brunswick Golf Club

On Monday, September 14th it was announced that Martin was named the North Atlantic Conference Golfer of the Week.

Martin and the rest of the Husson University Golf Team will be back in action this upcoming weekend, when they play in the MEIGA Championship at the Fairlawn Golf and Country Club in Poland, Maine
