We all know that hockey players are as tough as nails. Lose a tooth, keep on playing, get some stitches, and they're back on the ice skating their regular shift as soon as the trainer has finished stitching the cut . But the fans?

Well there's none tougher than Alexis Bovard who was attending her first hockey game ever, between the Oilers and the Blackhawks. Alexis had seats right along the boards and the glass. When the players crashed into the boards, the glass separated and she suffered some deep gashes requiring stitches. She just had her head wrapped and finished watching the game, and kept her sense of humor. She said that it might have better to be in the nose bleed seats rather than in her seats which were a giant "pane" in the head!
