England is Rejoicing!

For the first time since 1936, a Englishman has won Wimbledon!

Andy Murray, 26, on Sunday July 7th  defeated Novak Djokovic of Serbia, to win the 2013 Wimbledon championship 6-4, 7-5 , 6-4.

Murray becomes the first British male to win the tournament at the All England Club since Fred Perry did it in 1936.
