Ellsworth Volleyball Wins 3-1

The Ellsworth High School Volleyball Team took the trip to East Machias on Wednesday, September 14th and came home victorious, defeating the Washington Academy Raiders 3-1. Individual set scores were 25-16, 19-25, 26-24 and 25-12

State Wide, Sammy Mason is tied for 8th with 25 kills, and Avery Jester is tied for 13th with 22 kills. Alexa Grant is 12th in the State with 25 assists. Sammy Mason is tied for 2nd with 30 digs in the State while Mariah Young is tied for 11th with 18. Shelby Cote is 8th in the State with 23 Service Aces!

Ellsworth is now 3-1 and plays at George Stevens Academy on Friday, September 16th at 5:30

Washington Academy is 2-2 and plays at MDI on Friday, September 16th at 5:30
