Ellsworth Volleyball Beats Machias 3-0

The Ellsworth Eagles traveled to Machias on Saturday September 21st to take on the Bulldogs in a girl's volleyball match, and came away with a 3-0 victory. In a well played match, Ellsworth won the individual sets 25-19, 25-23 and 25-15.

Ellsworth improves to 5-1 on the season, while Machias falls to 3-1. Ellsworth will play host to Bucksport, Wednesday September 25th at 5 PM and then travel to take on Greely on Saturday, September 28th at 3:30 PM. Machias falls to 3-1. They play at Washington Academy, Monday, September 23rd at 5 PM, at Woodland on Friday, September 27th at 5 PM and then have a doubleheader next Saturday against Yarmouth and North Yarmouth Academy on the road.
