The Ellsworth Girls Soccer Team fought the Old Town Coyotes to a 1-1 draw through the 1st five minute overtime period before falling 2-1 in double overtime on Friday night September 29th in Old Town.

Kiona Osterlin scored the game tying goal in the 2nd Half on a penalty kick after Old Town had taken a 1-0 lead in the 1st Half.

Ellsworth is now 2-7 and will play three games in the next week. They are home to GSA on Tuesday October 3rd at 6 PM, on the road at Thorndike to play Mount View Thursday October 5th at 3:30 PM and then travel to Caribou to play the Vikings on Saturday, October 7th at 2 PM.

Old Town is 3-6 and play at Orono on Tuesday October 3rd at 4 PM.
