Ellsworth Game Change

The scheduled Boy's Basketball game between the Ellsworth Eagles and Old Town Coyotes that was originally scheduled for Saturday, January 16th HAS BEEN MOVED to Friday, January 15th because of the possibility of snow. The Varsity game will be played at 7 PM with the JV game at 5:30 PM.

The 1966 Boy's State Basketball Team was supposed to be honored at halftime on Saturday, and that recognition will now take place on Friday, January 22nd, after the Girl's game between Ellsworth and Caribou, and before the Ellsworth-Caribou Boy's game at approximately 7:15 PM.

The Ellsworth-Old Town game, at Katsiaficas Gymnasium, now on Friday should be a great game.  Old Town is 9-2 on the season, with both losses coming at the hands of MDI. Ellsworth is 7-3. These two teams met earlier this season, at Old Town, with Old Town defeating Ellsworth 51-40.
