Ellsworth – Caribou Soccer Semifinals October 27
The Ellsworth Eagles Boy’s Soccer team advanced to the Eastern Maine Semifinals with their victory last night, beating the Belfast Lions 4-1. The Ellsworth Eagles will play the #4 seed, Caribou, who defeated Presque Isle 2-0 yesterday. Ellsworth beat Caribou 3-0 earlier this year, on September 15th, in a game played in Ellsworth.
In the other semi-final, Camden Hills the #2 seed, will host the #3 seed Winslow. Camden Hills defeated Hermon 4-0 and Winslow defeated Oceanside 2-0 in quarterfinal games played on October 24th.
The Eastern Maine Finals will be played on Wednesday October 31st, at the higher seed’s field.
