Ellsworth Boys Win, Girls Tie at Presque Isle

The Ellsworth Girl's and Boy's Soccer Team took the long drive up to Aroostook County on Saturday, September 6th for their first games of the season, when they played the Presque Isle Wildcats.

The Ellsworth Girls played to a 0-0 draw after double overtime. Freshman Callie Hammer was in goal for the Eagles. The Ellsworth Girls are 0-0-1 on the season, and will play host to Foxcroft Academy Tuesday September 10 at 6 PM and will be at John Bapst Thursday afternoon September 12th at 3:30.

The Ellsworth Boys beat Presque Isle 2-1. Sid St. Peter scored both goals for Ellsworth, and Steven Mahon was in goal for Ellsworth. The Ellsworth boys are now 1-0 on the season, and will play host to Foxcroft Academy Wednesday, September 11 at 6 PM and  John Bapst Friday September 13th at 6 PM.
