The Ellsworth Girls Soccer Team beat MDI 1-0 in overtime at Del Luce Stadium in Ellsworth, on Senior Recognition Night for the Ellsworth Girls. It was the final regular season game for both teams.

Prior to the game Ellsworth seniors Kiana Maddicks-Wilbur, Sidney Hamilton, Katie Hammer and Kaitlin McCullough were honored.

After a scoreless first half and second half the two team entered overtime. Sierra Andrews, after scoring a hat trick on Monday against Washington Academy scored the game winner with 17 seconds elapsed.

Kylie Robidoux was in goal for Ellsworth and Sabine Costello-Sanders was in goal for MDI.

The Eagles end the regular season with a 7-7 record and will have a prelim game on Saturday

MDI ends the season with a record of 5-8-1 and will have a prelim game on Saturday
