The Ellsworth Eagles defeated Mattanawcook Academy in Lincoln on Saturday afternoon, December 19th, by the score of 103-46. That's not a typo, Ellsworth scored 103 points, as the Lynx attempted 33 3-pointers during the game, and Ellsworth was able to get up and down the court thanks to the long rebounds and outlet passes.
Ellsworth jumped out to a 19-10 lead at the end of the 1st Quarter, and that's the closest that Mattanawcook Academy would get, as the Eagles led 46-18 at the end of the 1st Half and 80-30 at the end of the 3rd Quarter.
