Make it 3 in a row for the Ellsworth Eagle's Baseball Team as the Eagles defeated the Hermon Hawks 10-4 on Thursday, May 15th in Ellsworth.

Conor Maguire pitched a complete game for Ellsworth for the win. He allowed 4 runs, all earned and 87 hits. Maguire struck out 7 and walked 2.

Zach Nash took the loss for Hermon, going 5.2 innings. He allowed 10 runs, 6 earned, and gave up 12 hits. He struck out 5 and walked 2.

Conor Maguire helped his own cause going 2-4 with a double for Ellsworth. Nicholas Bagley was 2-3 with a RBI. Griffen Nightengale was 2-3 with a triple and 3 RBIs. Phil Barbeau was 1-3, Devin Wright was 1-1 with a RBI. Jeff Weeks was 1-3 and Avery Anderson was 3-3 with a triple and 3 RBI.

For Hermon Connor Farmer was 2-4 with a RBI. Tyler Beaton was 2-4 with a RBI. Matt Leach was 1-4 and Gresley Langbein was 1-3.

Ellsworth, now 4-4 plays host to Caribou on Saturday, May 16th in a doubleheader. Hermon is 3-4 and the Hawks travel to Presque Isle on Saturday, May 16th for a doubleheader.
