The Ellsworth Boy's Soccer Team played host to Presque Isle on Wednesday, September 28th and defeated the Wildcats 2-1, sending the visitors back up I-95 on the losing end of  the match.

Ellsworth took the early lead, when Jack Lee scored with 17:23 remaining in the 1st Half.

Presque Isle tied it when Kyler Caron scored with 15:30 remaining.

Ellsworth then scored the game winner, off of a goal by Bradly Smith from the 30 yard line with 14:50 remaining, with an assist from Trent Mahon.

Ellsworth is now 6-2-1 and will play George Stevens Academy on Monday, October 3rd at 4 PM.

Presque Isle is now 5-3 and wil play host to Hermon on Saturday, October 1st at 3 PM.
