EFL and AFL Sign Up Information

Just like their varsity counterparts, the Ellsworth Football League (EFL) and Acadian Football League (AFL) are starting up soon. Here's the registration information...

The Ellsworth Football League is holding registration and a football camp on Thursday August 11th at Ellsworth High School Football Field. The football camp runs from 6 PM - 7 PM and team registration for teams 3rd Grade through 8th grade will take place at 7 PM. Parent/Team meetings will take place during registration.

The Ellsworth Football League is open to anyone who attends schools in Hancock County and is in 3rd through 8th grade. Cost for the football camp is $25.00 and registration fee for the 2016 season is $125.00.

The Acadian Football Leage is accepting signups until September 30, 2016. You can go to acadianyouthsports.com to sign up. Coaching applications are due August 9th. Cost for registration is $150.00 The AFL is open to youth in grades 3rd through 8th.

A parent-athlete meeting will be held Wednesday, August 10th at 5 PM at the MDI High School Cafeteria.

The Acadian Football League is part of Acadian Youth Sports and is serving the youth of Mount Desert Island, Swans Island, Trenton and all surrounding communities.
