WDEA's Chris Popper sat down with Ellsworth's Chief of Police Chris Coleman and got his take on being the Chief of Police in Ellsworth for 6 months. Chief Coleman talked about the challenge facing Ellsworth, a community that expands dramatically during the day, and in the summer, a population of 7800 that swells to 60,000 in the urban core. Chief Coleman talked about the budget process, what he would do if he had unlimited funding and the need to have the public's input and involvement.
