Continuing the series "Conversation With a Cop" WDEA's Chris Popper sat down with Sergeant Glenn Moshier from the Ellsworth Police Department.

They talked about the highly successful Every 15 Minutes Program that is conducted at Ellsworth High School every other year, as well as the efforts that the Ellsworth Police Department is taking to help decrease the amount of underage drinking that occurs not only in Ellsworth, but in Hancock County. Sergeant Moshier talks about the grants that the Ellsworth Police Department has received to help with safety checks and OUI enforcement.

Sergeant Moshier talks about the cooperation that the Ellsworth Police Department has had with the Ellsworth School Department, and reminds us all about the dangers of distracted driving. With the summer tourist season here, we all need to slow down a little, and allow more time to get to where we are going, so we can all arrive safely and enjoy the summer.
