Chelsea Clinton Gives Birth To Daughter

Chelsea Clinton, daughter of former President Bill Clinton and Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, and husband Mark Mezvinsky announced that their daughter Charlotte was born on Friday, September 27th.  It's the first child and first grandchild for the Clintons.
