Castillo Up Jackie Bradley Jr. Down
The Boston Red Sox recalled Rusney Castillo from Pawtucket Friday afternoon and optioned Jackie Bradley Jr. to Pawtucket to make room for Castillo. Castillo is starting Friday night's game against the Angels.
