Card Scores 22 as EMCC Wins in OT 61-57

Freshman Morgan Card scored 22 points as the Eastern Maine Community College Golden Eagles defeated UMaine Machias 61-57 in overtime in Machias on Wednesday, November 19th.

Card had 22 points and 15 rebounds for the double-double and added 3 steals. Jordan Maxwell led all scorers with 29 points.

UMaine Machias led at the end of the 1st half 23-20 and at the end of regulation it was 53 all. EMCC outscored UMaine Machias 8-4 in overtime.

Eastern Maine Community College is now 4-2 and next plays UMPI on Monday, November 24th at home at 5:30 PM.
