It's still early in the voting but David Ortiz has fallen in All Star Game balloting for DH. Baltimore Orioles slugger Nelson Cruz has taken over the lead by 120,00 votes.

In fact, no Red Sox player is in the running for an AL starting spot.

Dustin Pedroia is third in voting among second baseman. A.J. Pierzynski is fifth in catchers voting.

John Farrell will be the AL manager - that comes with winning the pennant last year.

Fan voting continues until July 3rd. The All Star Game in Minnesota is July 15th and live on Sports Radio 92.9 The Ticket.
