Betts Slam Gives Sox Win [VIDEO]

He might be one of the smallest players on the Red Sox roster, but Mookie Betts had the biggest hit Friday night leading Boston to an 8-4 win over Tampa Bay.With the Sox already leading 4-0 in the top of the second inning, they loaded the bases for Betts who smashed a Chris Archer pitch over the left field wall for his first career grand slam. Yoenis Cespedes also had a big game at the plate collecting 2 hits and driving in 2 runs.

On the mound Anthony Ranaudo continues to impress as he went the first 6 innings, striking out 4 and allowing 3 runs on 5 hits. The win improves his record to 3-0.
