Battle of Eagles Results in Draw 1-1

In the Battle of the Eagles, the Ellsworth Eagles battled the George Stevens Academy Eagles to a 1-1 draw on Monday, September 11th in Blue Hill, after double overtime..

Ellsworth scored 1st with Zach Harris finding the net with an assist from Sam Horne with 34:23 remaining in the 1st half.

The score remained 1-0 Ellsworth until a George Stevens Academy player scored with just seconds gone in the 2nd Half, with 39:23 remaining.

Ellsworth is now 2-1-1 and will play host to Hermon on Wednesday, September 13th at 6 PM.

GSA is 1-0-2 and plays at MDI against the Trojans on Wednesday, September 13th at 6 PM
