Bar Harbor to Yarmouth?

There's at least a glimmer of hope of the resumption of ferry service between Bar Harbor and Yarmouth, Nova Scotia, given the announcement that the Province of Nova Scotia will end it's relationship between itself and Nova Star Cruises.

The Bangor Daily News reports that the Province of Nova Scotia has selected Bay Ferries Inc. to negotiate a possible contract. Bay Ferries used to operate The Cat, between Bar Harbor, Yarmouth and Portland.

There's no word, what route Bay Ferries is proposing to run between Maine and Nova Scotia for 2016
