Bar Harbor Chamber Award Winners

The Bar Harbor Chamber of Commerce's Annual Dinner is Friday, October 20th at the Bar Harbor Club on West Street in Bar Harbor. At that time, they will be presenting awards to members of the business community and then the Cadillac Award Winner which is given to a person who epitomizes the virtues of leadership, service, sacrifice and the quest for personal excellence.

The Cadillac Award Winner is a surprise and will not be announced until the night of the event. The other awards though have been announced, and are as follows.

Neighborhood Business of the Year Award - Castine Kayak. The Neighbor Business of the Year Award is bestowed  upon a member located outside of Bar Harbor.

The Rising Star Award - Bar Harbor Catering Company The Rising Star Award is given to business demonstrating marked growth and prominence.

The Environmental Leader Award - Thrive Juice Bar and Kitchen. The Environmental Leader Award recognizes a business that has shown leadership in the Bar Harbor community through its sustainable preactices.

Business of the Year Award - Oli's Trolley The Business of the Year Award is given to a member business that has demonstrated excellence in operations and performance over the past 12 months.
