Restoration Details:Progress has been slow and steady today as Bangor Hydro crews work to repair damage from last night's thunderstorms. Numerous trees and power lines came down during the storm, which are scattered across Penobscot County. The most significant damage remains in the areas of Millinocket, Mattawamkeag, Orono, Milford, East Corinth and Bangor. Additional crews have been called in today, as well as tree crews.

Customers are asked to remain patient as crews work in extreme heat today. Please avoid attempting to remove any fallen power lines or trees near or touching them.
