Bad Santa!

The Hanover Mall in Massachusetts needs a new Santa. The old one was arrested after allegedly pinching the bottom of an elf. The 62-year-old man was arrested after the female elf made a complaint to police that she had been assaulted by Santa. She also claimed he then told her he wished he was younger. But the accused Santa, who has a real-life bushy white beard, denies touching the woman. A mall spokesperson said that a full background report had been carried out and Santa had never been arrested or convicted before. He has been charged with indecent assault and he's due in court on Christmas Eve (of course).
