Andrew Austin and Josh Bean notched assists for the Husson Eagles on Saturday night, September 7th as the Husson Eagles fought to a 2-2 draw against the USM Huskies in a game played at Boucher Field on the grounds of Husson University.

Bean fed Jimmy Fitzpatrick in the 1st half, and Fitzpatrick scored bringing Husson even with USM at 1-1. Bean who started the game did an excellent job in the midfield. Bean now leads Husson with 2 assists on the young season.

Andrew Austin used his patented flip throw in the second half for an assist. His throw bounced off the aritificial turf, over two USM defenders and allowed teammate Cooper Antone to head the ball into the goal. It was Austin's first assist of the season.

Husson is now 0-3-1 on the season. Their next game is Tuesday, September 10th at Colby at 4:30 PM.
