Accident on Route 3 in Hulls Cove

For the second time in less than a year, a vehicle hit The Chart Room Restaurant on Route 3 in Hulls Cove.

The driver reportedly lost their brakes, hit another car and The Chart Room.

Back on September 12th, 2017 Justin Shell of Harrisonburg, Virginia struck Connie Birkenmeier of Bar Harbor who was pronounced dead at the scene and then hit the restaurant.  Shell died on October 18th in Virginia before going to trial
