Acadian 11/12 Baseball Team Wins

The Acadians 11/12 All-Star baseball team beat Calais 11-1 on Wednesday night, to even their record at 1-1 in the double elimination tournament to see who will represent District 1 in the Maine State Tourney.

Quentin Pileggi pitched 4 innings allowing just 2 hits, and struck out 7.

The Acadian's bats came alive in the 2nd inning as they scored 8 runs. Pileggi had 1 RBI, Austin Raymond drove in 2 runs and D'Angelo Reid drove in a run as well.

The Acadians look to stay alive Friday night when they play Machias Friday, July 8th at 5:30 in Bar Harbor.
