I almost drove by the 1st Annual Bar Harbor Comic Con last year without stopping by and it was such a fun time, I have it on my calendar for this year! The 2nd Annual Bar Harbor Comic Con will take place April 28th at the Atlantic Oceanside Conference Center from 10AM to 5:30PM

The event features comedy, a magic show, comic booth artists, authors, vendors, cosplay competitions, video gaming tournament, a performance by the Crown Vics and more.

This replica of the original Adam West Batmobile will be among the featured exhibits. The Michael Conlon Productions 1966 Batmobile is a George Barris reproduction based on the iconic Batmobile seen on the syndicated TV show.

Magician Mark Pinkstens show is a send up of pop culture that just happens to feature magic and illusion. It has quickly become a standard at comic cons around New England.

Special Media Guest Jeff Kline, owner of Darby Pop Publishing, is the writer of over 40 animated shows like Transformers: Prime.

Mort Todd will attend as a Special Media Guest. He is an Editor of Crack Magazine, and his art graces music videos and album covers.

Maine illustrator and cartoonist Sean Moran will be set up at the event as well as, Maine comic writer and graphic artist Christopher Mills of Atomicpulp.com fame. Paul Pelletier, a Maine artist currently working on DC Comics Titians, Cyborg, and Aquaman will have a booth. He also worked on Marvels Guardian of the Galaxy, Hulks War, and SheHulk.

Admission is $7 for adults. Up to three children under 12 will be admitted free with each paid adult admission.
