2015 U17 AAU State Runner Ups

Congratulations to the Under 17 AAU Maine Icebreakers Club from Northern Maine, who narrowly lost in the State Championships, and are the State Runner Ups!

The team is comprised of Sierra Snow- Hermon High School, Sammy Mason- Ellsworth High School, Madison Card- Ellsworth High School, Sydney Robertson- Orono High School, Meagan Peach- Dexter High School, Courtney Dunton- Hampden High School,
Sydney Allen- Central High School , Emma Alley- Stearns High School, Hannah Clement- Orono High School, and Natalie Hill- Houlton High School. The team was coached by Nick Winchester, assisted by Jim Card

It should be noted, that with the redesigned 5 class basketball divisions, that many of these girls will face each other on the hardcourt next winter, as Hermon, Ellsworth, Orono, Central, Orono and Houlton will all play each other in Class B North and all are members of the new Big East! I look forward to broadcasting those games next winter on WDEA AM 1370 and WDEA Internet Radio!
