1st Baby a Boy at Maine Coast Memorial Hospital

Just like at MDI Hospital, the first baby born at Maine Coast Memorial Hospital in Ellsworth was a boy, and born on Saturday, January 2nd, and to a Southwest Harbor Couple!

The first baby born at Maine Coast Memorial Hospital was Avi Mellen, the son of Virginia and Eli Mellen of Southwest Harbor. Avi was born at 4:25 AM on Saturday, January 2, 2016, weighing 7 pounds 13 ounces.
