1st Annual Bass Harbor Mackerel Derby

Ready to show everyone you've got the "Big Old Fish"? The Tremont Recreation Board invites you to take place in the 1st Annual Bass Harbor Mackerel Derby, this Sunday, August 20h

This is a free event, and takes place rain or shine from 9AM to 1PM. Weigh in of the mackerel will take place at the Bernard Town Dock from Noon to 1PM. All fish must be caught in Bass Harbor between 9AM to 1PM.

Prizes will be awarded for the biggest and littlest with 2 categories... 12 and Over and then 11 and Under.
