The #12 MDI Trojans Girls Soccer Team  traveled to Caribou on Saturday, October 20th to take on the #5 Caribou Vikings in a prelim game and came away on the short end, losing 2-0.

The game was scoreless at the end of the 1st Half. Caribou scored with a little over 5 minutes elapsed into the 2nd Half with Jocelyn Hartin getting credit for the goal with an assist from Kimmy Susi.

The Vikings scored an insurance goal with 22:13 remaining when Willow Whitten scored.

Sabine Costello-Sanders was in net for the Trojans while Sage Dubay was in goal for the Vikings.

MDI finishes the season with a 5-9-1 record. Caribou, 8-4-3 advances to play in the quarterfinals.
